What Find A Roof is

Find A Roof is a free enquiry and matching service for consumers and businesses looking for roofing work. We collect details of the work you need, verify those details with you, and pass your enquiry to one or more independent roofing companies that cover your area.

Find A Roof does not carry out roofing work, does not employ roofers, and is not a party to any contract you enter into with a roofing company.

Independent roofing companies

Any roofing company introduced to you is an independent business responsible for its own quotations, workmanship, insurance, guarantees, health and safety, and compliance with the law. You should satisfy yourself as to a company's suitability, insurance and pricing before entering into any agreement with them.

Your enquiry

You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that the address you give is the property the work relates to, and that you are entitled to request work at that property or to enquire on behalf of somebody who is.

By ticking the consent box you ask us to pass your enquiry and contact details to an appropriate independent roofing company or companies so they can contact you about the work described.

No obligation and no guarantee

Using Find A Roof places you under no obligation to accept a quotation or to proceed with any work. We cannot guarantee that a roofing company will be available for every enquiry, area or timescale, and we do not promise a fixed response time.

Acceptable use

You must not submit false, abusive or unlawful enquiries, use the service to obtain contact details for marketing, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.

Liability

We provide the matching service with reasonable care but, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship, pricing or conduct of any independent roofing company, or for any loss arising from work you agree with them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to your use of the site. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
